ReadSoft Workflow Engine 5 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi All,

I am quite new to ReadSoft products. I know they work well with Oracle (EBS) and SAP business applications.

I know that ReadSoft uses the Oracle Workflow engine - but does ReadSoft also have their own workflow engine that I can use for workflow processes?

Thanks,
Trevor

Are you looking for an engine to implement within third-party products?

Thanks for getting back to me and assisting. I really appreciate it.

No - if we were to go ahead with ReadSoft, I just want to understand better on a technical level if I will have to learn a ReadSoft native workflow engine or can I use my existing knowledge of Oracle's workflow engine?

Thanks,
Trevor

hi trevor,
we actually have our own workflow engine as well as have the ability to tap into/utilize an ERP's existing workflow ... sometimes this depends on a company's specific business rules/needs. In order to help answer you a bit better, what ERP system do you run? you may contact me at alayne.pregeant@readsoft.com or 1.504.841.0119.
kind regards,
alayne
