CVISION Technologies Inc., the provider of solutions for document capture and recognition, will provide an automated invoice processing solution to a Fortune 1000 company.

The organization has purchased a license of CVISION’s Trapeze, a product automated invoice extraction.

The Fortune 1000 company delivers services and products in a range of industries. In order to improve their business processes, the organization decided to use an automated invoice processing solution for their accounts payable procedure. Previously, five employees processed the invoices manually, but this was slow and inaccurate.

Trapeze is an automated product which streamlines accounts payable. The solution recognizes and extracts data from fields with high accuracy. By automating their invoice processing, the organization will no longer rely on manual data entry and benefit from improved workflow.

Chris Koulouris, marketing director at CVISION Technologies, said, “Automating invoice processing is the next natural step in accounts payable. Businesses that process their invoices electronically have a large advantage in both cost and time, allowing them to concentrate on more strategic and profitable ventures.”
