Accusoft Pegasus Has Acquired Adeptol

Accusoft Pegasus, the provider of imaging software development kits (SDKs), has announced the acquisition of Adeptol, a provider of document viewing technology. Adeptol provides thin client, cross platform document viewing integrated for SharePoint and Documentum.

Adeptol is a provider of document viewing technology, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. The company’s products support over 300 document types, including MS Office formats and PDF. Using Adeptol viewer, consumers use a single interface for various document types. The company’s server-based products deliver solutions with easy-to-use viewing capabilities and can be integrated with enterprise content management (ECM) or project management solutions.
